Ginger Tea:
- Cut one medium - sized ginger root in to slices.
- Bring one cup of water to boil
- Add the ginger slices. boil for three min. then simmer for two min.
- Remove from heat, strain, and add honey for taste
- sip it slowly
- Drink ginger tea 2 or 3 time in a day.
