Nutritional Values of Fruits

Apple: Good source of fiber,Vitamin C & Potassium.
Apricots: Viatmin A  & E.
Avocardos: Vitamin E, C & niacin. Also contains mono - unsaturated fats.
Banana: Vitamin B6, folate, diatery fiber & potassium.
Blueberries: Vitamin A & E.
